YAY Molly Springfield, Millay alum...

She has new work in a group show, Autocorrect, opening on Thursday, July 25 at Josée Bienvenu Gallery in New York. The opening reception is from 6 to 8 pm.

Tracy Williams, Ltd., 521 W. 23rd Street, New York, NY: June 28-August 9, 2013. Summer hours: 11 am-6 pm, Monday-Friday.
Chick Lit: Revised Summer Reading curated by Pilar Vahey and Molly Rand. Featuring work by twenty-six female artists, this exhibition explores how literature has influenced their work in ways that are completely distinct. Working directly from the narrative or the physical object itself, the exhibition includes embroidery, prints, sculpture, drawing, painting, photography and collage. Participating artists:

Slippage, the Summer Artscape exhibition, is organized by Daniel Belasco, Curator of the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art, State University of New York. Slippage is a group show of artworks that portray moments when meaning shifts, switches or slips away.
